awesome stay!
convenient location easy walk relaxing bath salts big room
the location is just superb! it's a short walk to two metro lines. also, several shopping malls and the petronas towers are within easy walking distance. i found bath salts in the room. the room was big and clean! i loved it.
the room sound proofing could have been better, as i could hear some street noise.

the concierge team, including fazlee, provided excellent assistance with directions and recommendations. the staff at the chinese restaurant gave good service! i got good food from the restaurant, delicious.

the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices, including malay, chinese, and international cuisine. there was a vast buffet at breakfast! i was impressed with the presentation and taste, it was awesome.

The room included a large super king bed with comfortable bedding. there were city views from the room. housekeeping kept everything super clean. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in the room.

convenient location drink preference good experience
I found the hotel location convenient, near the Ampang Park LRT station. The staff, especially in the executive lounge, remembered my drink preferences. Harry and Tayed provided Really good service and created a good experience.
the shower was a bit small, a minor inconvenience.

the staff at the front desk were efficient. Emmy oversaw the gym and pool areas, and she was very helpful, too. the team in the restaurant offered a warm welcome at breakfast EACH morning.

airport transport big pool
The hotel arranged my transport to the airport. The pool area is VERY big with PLENTY of seating. I also appreciated the shuttle bus service to shopping centers.
My emails were not answered by the reservation team prior to arrival, but this was only a minor inconvenience.

a mixed bag, i guess
dirty room false card
The room i got wasn't great, honestly. i saw some food under the nightstand and the carpet had stains. plus, the shower needed a good scrub, dirt everywhere. Skirting, walls, the works. i showed the front desk my pictures, especially highlighting the signed card saying the room had a deep clean before i got there. obviously a false card, stained carpet

i stayed in a large room with a comfortable super king bed! the location was amazing near a subway station for easy access to attractions. i found plenty of restaurants nearby, a great feature for diverse dining options. the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety!
during arrival, there wasn't assistance with my luggage and greetings were absent.

the staff ensured my needs were met meticulously, a genuine demonstration of care! specific staff members were friendly and always served customers with a smile, a lovely touch to the overall service. hotel stays are enjoyable when staff touches your heart.

The breakfast had a very nice variety. Many options catered to different tastes! i tried both the japanese and chinese restaurants located in the hotel. They had five-star quality offerings. the buffet includes vegetarian and continental options.

The room was spacious with a bathtub, so relaxing after a long day! the bed measured 2 meters. It was perfect for families needing extra space. the rooms are modern and large. Perfect.

The location is super good. The walk to klcc takes about 10 minutes! the hotel is also only a 25-minute walk to pavilion. Exploring is easy. it is close to iconic landmarks such as klcc suria and petronas towers.
