My stay at the Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur was excellent overall, though there were a few minor drawbacks. The location was incredibly convenient, allowing easy access to major attractions. The staff's attentiveness and friendly service made me feel welcomed during my business trip. However, the breakfast buffet could improve with some more variety, and I found the pillows a bit too soft for my liking.
